Everything above ground starts below it. The condition of your soil, the grade of your lot, the drainage patterns across your property — these determine whether your lawn thrives or drowns, whether your garden beds hold or wash out, whether your yard is a space you use or a problem you avoid. We handle the full spectrum: from heavy excavation and grading to sod installation, artificial turf, garden beds, and ongoing seasonal maintenance. Our crew brings equipment and experience to transform raw, neglected, or damaged ground into finished landscapes that work with BC's climate instead of fighting it. No shortcuts on soil prep. No skipping the grading. No sod laid over rocks and hoping for the best. We build landscapes from the ground up — literally — because that's the only way they last.
Full lawn restoration from soil up. We strip old turf, grade for drainage, amend with quality topsoil, and install fresh sod with tight seams and rolled contact. BC-adapted grass blends selected for your sun exposure and foot traffic. Your lawn is walkable in two weeks and established in six.
Pet-friendly, kid-proof, and green 365 days a year — no mowing, no fertilizing, no brown patches in August. We install premium turf over proper drainage base so water moves through, not across. Ideal for yards with heavy shade, high traffic, or owners who want their weekends back.
Site preparation for every scale — from backyard re-grading to full lot clearing. Mini excavators, skid steers, and hand trenching for utility corridors, drainage lines, foundation prep, and landscape reshaping. We move earth efficiently and leave clean, compacted surfaces ready for the next phase.
Raised beds, in-ground beds, and border plantings designed for BC's growing season. Quality soil mix, proper edging, weed barrier where appropriate, and mulch to finish. We plant for the conditions on your specific site — sun, shade, moisture, and soil type.
Spring cleanup, fall preparation, and everything between. Aeration, overseeding, fertilization, leaf removal, bed maintenance, hedge trimming, and storm debris clearing. Scheduled service that keeps your landscape investment looking sharp through every season without you lifting a rake.
We own our equipment. Mini excavators, skid steers, plate compactors, sod cutters — no rental delays and no inflated costs passed to you.
Soil science, not guesswork. We test drainage, assess compaction, and amend soil before a single piece of sod goes down. Proper prep is the difference between a lawn that establishes and one that dies by September.
Full-service from demolition to planting. One crew handles tear-out, grading, irrigation prep, sod or turf, garden beds, and mulch — no coordinating between three different contractors.
Ongoing maintenance available. We build it and we maintain it. Seasonal programs keep your investment looking the way it did on install day.
The ideal window for sod installation in the Lower Mainland is mid-March through mid-June, and again from September through mid-October. Spring and early fall provide moderate temperatures and natural rainfall that help sod establish roots quickly. Summer installations are possible but require diligent watering during the first two weeks. We schedule around weather and soil conditions to give your lawn the best start.
Installed artificial turf in the Lower Mainland typically costs $10 to $16 per square foot, including removal of existing material, base preparation, drainage layer, turf, and infill. The exact price depends on turf quality, area size, site access, and whether excavation is needed. We provide a detailed written estimate after measuring your space — most residential yards fall in the $5,000 to $12,000 range for complete installation.
Yes — excavation and grading are core services, not add-ons. We operate our own mini excavators and skid steers for projects ranging from backyard re-grading to full lot clearing. Proper grading is essential before any landscaping work — it controls drainage, prevents water from pooling against foundations, and creates the level base that sod, turf, or hardscaping requires.
We install sod, artificial turf, and full landscape services across Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, New Westminster, and 11 more Lower Mainland cities. From Vancouver to Surrey to Burnaby — and everywhere between.
